If you're considering buying a place in Puglia, this is a great video. I really like the aesthetic of this guy's channel. Btw, I didn't copy his name. I've had the domain Live Your Dream Hawaii for several years so when I started this project, I named it Live Your Dream Italy.
I think the € 1 home programs are great but I'm not personally a fan because of all the requirements and I know you can find a home in Italy in good condition for far less than you'll end up investing in a € 1 home.
Whether you want to buy a regular or €1 home, you - and everyone you want of the title - will need a codice fiscale. This is an Italian Tax Code. Lots of info on the internet about this but I used this firm to get mine and it was honestly the smartest €120 I've ever spent!
