Ready to See the Homes Most People Don't Usually Find?

I'm Kristin and like a lot of people, I got interested in buying a house in Italy during the Covid pandemic. But instead of getting sucked into the €1 house hype, I discovered how many incredible, affordable, fully habitable homes there were on the regular open market and became somewhat obsessed (and still am!) 

After years of being a little frustrated by not having anyone to share them with (apart from my pretty disinterested friends and family) I decided to turn my passion into this project.

I'm not a realtor or home finder and don't receive any fees or kickbacks from the homes I feature. I just love finding and sharing properties that people might otherwise overlook.

I also know from the looking for something to buy myself that it's very time consuming to weed through the not-so-great ones to get to the great ones!

So, since September 2024 I've been compiling weekly emails of unique, habitable homes in desirable locations which are for sale in Italy <€150k and <€60k for subscribing members on Patreon and Substack and sharing some for free on YouTube and Facebook just for fun. Unfortunately I have to charge a small amount for the collections (either €6 for one or €10 for both) because I put a lot of time an effort into each one. 

I only share habitable homes - not apartments or project/fixer uppers unless they're super special - simply because there are so many great homes in this price range, I don't have time to look at other categories. 

I feel pretty strongly that nobody, even buying on a tight budget, should have to compromise and settle for a project property unless they truly want to.

In June 2025 one of my best friends and I bought our dream home in a completely unexpected location - a small village in the mountainous Barbagia area of Sardinia. It was featured on Live Your Dream Italy in November 2024 (by me, which I completely forgot about!) and when they made a price reduction of €8,000 the following May, we were lucky enough to be able to buy it.
